90-Year-Old WWII Vet Goes Sledding With His Dog

Perhaps you’ve heard the expression that you are only as young as you feel. That is an expression that most of us tend to use more and more as we gain additional years of experience in life.

Most of us hope that we will live a long life and if we reach the age of 90, it is our hope that we are still active and living life to the full. It seems as if one 90-year-old is doing just that, and we have the video to prove it.

Claude Bratcher may be 90, but he can show us all how to have fun. His family was there to capture the moment, and his grandchildren took some delightful video of the WWII veteran sledding down the hill.

They were out pulling the sled with their four-wheeler when their grandfather told them that he wanted to join in on the fun. They had some trepidation about allowing him to hop on the sled. After all, he is 90 years old!

In the end, they helped him get into the toboggan and then took off in the four-wheeler. Of course, they went a little slow just in case something happened, but Claude was loving it, nonetheless.

Fortunately, Claude is somebody that keeps himself in shape so he can handle this type of situation very easily. He works on his farm every day, and it has kept him active and young.

You can see Claude enjoying the moment on the sled with his dog, Smitty running alongside, and loving every moment of it as well.
