These Wisconsin Pearl Harbor Survivors Revisit The Site Decades Later, Finally Feeling Whole

Memories and images of World War II are still vivid for these 18 Pearl Harbor survivors. A day that will live in infamy, these brave men returned to Hawaii and talked about several memories about what happened to them on December 7, 1941.

These men, now in their senior years, were young men when the attack occurred; some of them were only teenagers.

What makes these veterans and this visit unique is all of these men hail from the state of Wisconsin.

“We have never seen a group of survivors this big come back to Pearl Harbor from one state. This is a first.”

Watch as they make history and come back to Pearl Harbor and are honored once more.

We’re proud of you all!
