Soldier Reunites With Dog She Saved in Iraq

Spc. Gwen Beberg never though she’d see Ratchet, a dog she rescued in Iraq, when she headed back home to Minnesota. A pooch she considered her best friend that helped her get through her time in war, getting him home to Minnesota seemed impossible.

Luckily a good friend began a petition that made Gwen and Ratchet’s story an international sensation and gained support to fight for the two to be reunited once more.
