What does it take to become a Navy SEAL? Well, Lauren Berlingeri, the host of
Woman v. Workout is about to find out! She is about to endure the Navy SEAL’s standard fitness test administered by Don Shipley — a retired Navy SEAL, Senior Chief and owner of the Extreme Navy SEAL Experience. The Extreme Navy SEAL Experience has one mission and that is to replicate an average day of a Navy SEAL.
Lauren Berlingeri will experience 24 hours of nonstop physical training and exercise – reflecting the standard Navy SEAL readiness test. The fitness test consists of a 500 meter swim, a 1.5 mile run, an an onslaught of pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. To qualify and/or pass the fitness test, the participant must meet the minimum standard for each exercise event.
