What do you do with a ghost town? In Campbell, Ohio, there are 160 abandoned apartments being refurbished for veterans. The apartments were part of a company town that was set up for the convenience of families associated with nearby Youngstown Sheet and Tube. But the Iron Soup Historical Preservation organization knew they could do better than leave these myriad homes abandoned.
